Directions to the Exeter Office:
From I-95 in Portsmouth: Take Route 101 West toward Manchester. Take Exit 11 marked Stratham-Newmarket-Portsmouth. Turn left at the lights at the end of off ramp onto Portsmouth Avenue/Rte. 108 South. Take your 1st right after the Volvo dealership onto Allen Street. Take your 3rd left onto Downing Court. This is a residential area and SeaCare is the only commercial building on your right, #11. Proceed to the second parking lot for visitor parking

Directions to the Portsmouth Office:
Take I-95 North to Exit 4 (or I-95 South to Exit 5) to the Portsmouth Traffic Circle. Take Route 1 Bypass North and take the 2nd Exit onto Maplewood Avenue and turn right. Go through 3 sets of lights and take a left at the 4th set of lights on to State Street. At the 2nd set of lights take a right onto Pleasant Street. After Citizens Bank, take a right onto Junkins Avenue. The Portsmouth Municipal Offices are at the top of the hill on the left. The SeaCare office is located on the 2nd floor.

Directions to the Seabrook Office:
Take I-95 South to Exit 1 (Seabrook) and take a left at the end of the ramp. Go to the end and take a left onto Lafayette Road (Rt. 1) North. The Rockingham Community Action Building is on your left across from McDonald’s.
